From Our Parents

Hi! My name is Renee. I am a client at The Pregnancy Center of Southwest Iowa.

When I was 19 years old my baby girl was born. I came to the prenatal class and volunteered at the center during my pregnancy and helped in the new beginnings room and other ways. The Pregnancy Center helped me in the following ways:

I acquired a broader view of things
I felt more confident as a new mom
I learned a lot about breastfeeding and parenting
I received spiritual guidance

I am now 20, and my baby girl is 1 yr. old. We are still with the daddy and he is working and I am in my 2nd semester of college and doing very well. Our baby is thriving and happy.
