The Pregnancy Center of Southwest Iowa encourages spritual growth and rewards anyone desiring to know the Lord and learn
from His word, The Holy Bible. If you do not have a Bible, we have one you may have without cost or obligation. We also
offer 1 point for every verse you can memorize! All you need to do is memorize a verse from the list below, or find one in
the Bible that you find inspiring. Just come in to the Pregnancy Center and recite the verse. You will be given
a point on the spot! Remember, there is no limit! You can memorize as many as you like, as often as you want.
Here's some to get you started:
- "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish but have
ever lasting life." - John 3:16
- "For it is by grace you are saved, through faith, and this not from yourselves, it is a gift of God -- not by works, so
that no one can boast." - Ephesians 2:8, 9
- "Behold! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him
and eat with him and he with me." - Revelations 3:20 (Jesus said this.)
- "This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us." - I John 3:16
- "Ask and it will be given to you, seek and you shall find; knock and the door will be opened to you. FOr everyone
who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to he who knocks the door will be opened." - Matthew 7:7,8
- "Not everyone who says to me ' Lord, Lord' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father
who is in heaven." - Matthew 7:21 (Jesus is speaking.)
- "Come to me, all who weary and burdened and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle
and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." - Matthew 11:28, 29 (Jesus speaking.)
